For our internal help and advice thereafter we charge you a very small fee of between 250 and 500 Euros MAXIMUM for our complete service, and NOT as others are charging, ie amounts of between 5 and 10,000euros.
Why can we offer our help for so little?
Well we do not have to appoint costly Lawyers or Barristers to start with, we work on numbers of owners, and numbers mean that we have power over the Developers.
By bringing numbers of buyers together, collecting your power of attorney, we can fight the Developer direct, with the force of a group, Developers will take more notice than as an individual.
In some past instances we have been able to get over 50% of the buyers to fight the Developer.
All we ask is for you to simply drop us a line with your Email address, your property details and what your position is regarding your property, we will then get back to you with a questionnaire to complete, on receipt of this we will evaluate and then advise you as to your best way to move forward.
My colleague and I are already offering many people this service and saving them thousands of Euros on Solicitors fees, as they will be one ONE personal case against the Developer and this gets nowhere but to make money for the lawyer.
